Auction with notarial deed
Through the notarial deed, if you cannot physically participate in a judicial auction, you will be able to confer the relative power to one of our employees who will act in the name on behalf of the client, within the limits of the mandate in detail and mutually articulated.

Ipocatastal visits to be presented after the adjudication of the asset
Before drafting the definitive outline of the transfer decree, the professional provides for a series of preliminary obligations including the updating of the mortgage records, in order to verify any new mortgage registrations or foreclosure transcripts subsequent to the transcript date of the first foreclosure which, although not effective, must be cancelled and therefore indicated in the transfer decree (article 586, first paragraph, c.p.c.), deed of transfer. Our consultants will promptly carry out this assessment and communicate it to the sales professional.

Cancellation of prejudicial formalities
With the issuance of the transfer decree, the Execution Judge also orders the cancellation of the foreclosures transcripts and the mortgage registrations subsequent to the registration of the foreclosure. These can be carried out by a professional belonging to our team of external collaborators.
